lu, mildly an artist

hey there y'all

isn't it funny you can be at redeemer, a relatively SMALLLLL school where you've probably seen every person in the student body at *least* a FEW times but never stop to talk to them? yes, they could be complete strangers, but heck, you're both at redeemer, taking courses, doin' the university thing and thus you must have at least 100 things in common ... yet you never strike up a conversation cuz that would just be weird.

isn't it funny how you can bump into a complete stanger, somebody who you almost-maybe-sorta-quasi recognize from someplace you just can't put your finger on but it's on the tip of your tongue ... "o right! you went to redeemer?" and now you have one* thing in common. not a hundred anymore - just one, but all of a sudden you're the closest of friends, chatting for 15 minutes about this and that and life's journey and ambitions ... and all with only one silly little thing in common.

well patrick, it was nice to meet you :) my name is laura and the other guy was rich. (everybody in the world should wear name tags - i think we'd all get along better.) have fun with photography - i'd love to see your work sometime - i hope all goes very well at sheridan and maybe i'll see you there in a year!
